For those that asked..here is the cookie recipe.
Cranberry/oatmeal/choc(or white)chip cookies
2/3 cup butter or marg. (i use 1/3 butter and 1/3 applesauce
2/3 cup br. sugar ( i have used 1/2 cup packed)
2 large eggs ( i use 1 egg and equivalent of egg beaters or egg white for the other egg)
1-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6oz. dried cranberries
2/3 cup choc or white chips
Preheat oven to 375 f about 30-35 cookies
Using an electric mixer, beat butter/marg and sugar together till light and smooth.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda salt in a separate bowl.
Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in cranberries and chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 min. or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
You can make the regular version or the little less fat version of mine..
