Welllll..they are opening a new facility that is going to have a boxing ring (nooo i'm not going to take up boxing..lol)..but..they are going to be having Yoga..Pilates..and maybe in the futer Tai Chi.
I've always been wanting to to both..Yoga for my arthritis and and just the relaxation of it..muscle stretches etc.
Tai Chi for the spiritual part of it (and Yoga).. being more spiritual than religous myself..
Also to help my balance.
I am checking into it today..and hope to sign up, along with my sis..who is always going into it.
Another new venture for me..it never stops.. No matter the age..there is always something new to learn and explore...loves ya
